The Alexander Technique studies human behaviour, approaching the person as a unified whole. It teaches responsibility, not just for health, but also for quality of life.
Qi Gong involves a series of Taoist exercises which are gentle, simple and enjoyable, contributing to health and longevity. Practised by millions of Chinese people over thousands of years, Qi Gong opens channels of energy in the body, resolving many psycho-physical difficulties and improving respiration. People report a sense of refreshment, ease and vigor, with a renewal of basic Qi (life force) for living.
